Not every one grieves the same. Give yourself time. "Time does not heal but it does soften". Time is the biggest factor. Please remember the good times you had with your feathered friend keep the love in your heart For my self I plant a tree or a rosebush, l then see the beautiful blooms and remember the beautiful times with my bird.
